This project is a project management platform specifically tailored for engineering companies to centralize their processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance communication with clients and stakeholders. The core objective is to provide a simplified dashboard where users can easily track project stages such as "Open," "Approved," and "Completed," while having real-time access to project updates, budgets, and deadlines. The platform also enables users to invite clients via email, allowing seamless collaboration and transparency throughout the project lifecycle. By integrating all necessary project management tools into one platform, the app eliminates the need for multiple software solutions, creating a more streamlined experience for all users involved.

The UX design process was focused on delivering a user-friendly and intuitive interface that caters to both engineers and non-technical clients. To achieve this, we conducted in-depth user research through interviews and usability testing with key personas like project managers, engineers, and designers. The insights gained from this research guided the creation of a clean and responsive interface, with a logical flow that prioritizes ease of navigation and clarity. Key user preferences, such as customizable reports, easy data visualization, and automated alerts, were incorporated into the design to ensure the platform meets the real-world needs of users, making it not only functional but also highly efficient and accessible.
